Legacy at Seville

Homes in Legacy at Seville were wired for Quantum Fiber by the builder (Toll Brothers), so many residents there can order fiber today. Quantum Fiber is now part of AT&T, following AT&T's acquisition of Lumen's Mass Markets fiber business (which includes Quantum Fiber), completed February 2, 2026. Note: this is separate from the new community-wide buildout being planned by AT&T and GigaPower — actual availability still depends on your specific address.

Buildout dates aren't set yet

For the rest of Seville, the AT&T/GigaPower buildout is in planning. Your neighborhood will be listed here with a tentative date as the rollout progresses. Check back for updates.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Who is the internet provider?

The first fiber provider for Seville is AT&T, working in partnership with GigaPower on the buildout.

When will fiber reach my home?

That depends on your neighborhood. The project is in the planning stage, so specific dates aren't set yet. As they're confirmed, each sub-section's tentative availability will appear in the Find your neighborhood section above. All dates are tentative and subject to change.

I'm in Legacy at Seville — can I already get fiber?

Likely yes. When Toll Brothers built Legacy at Seville, the homes were wired for Quantum Fiber, so many Legacy residents can order fiber service today. Quantum Fiber is now part of AT&T: AT&T completed its acquisition of Lumen's Mass Markets fiber business — which includes Quantum Fiber — on February 2, 2026. Important: this Quantum/AT&T fiber is separate from the new community-wide buildout that AT&T and GigaPower are planning for the rest of Seville. So Legacy residents may already have a fiber option while other neighborhoods are still waiting on the GigaPower build.

AT&T's website offered me service — is that the fiber?

Probably not yet. If you use AT&T's online "availability checker" right now, it may try to sign you up for AT&T Internet Air — that's a fixed-wireless (cellular) home internet service, not the fiber being built here. The two are very different. Fiber to Seville is still in the planning stage and isn't orderable yet. Until your section is listed as available in the Find your neighborhood section above, please assume fiber hasn't reached you — no matter what an online checker suggests.

Is this the official HOA website?

No. This is a personal community service created and maintained by Kelly Birr to help neighbors stay informed about the fiber rollout. It is not an official communication of the Seville Golf & Country Club HOA. For official HOA matters, visit the Seville HOA site.

Do I have to switch internet providers?

No. Fiber is an additional option for the community. If and when it's available to you, you can choose whether it's the right fit for your household — there's no requirement to switch.

What will construction look like?

Fiber buildouts typically involve crews installing equipment and running lines through the community over time. Specific, neighborhood-level details aren't available yet; we'll share what we learn as the project moves into the construction phase.
